Goats arrive for weed abatement and fire prevention

The cutest gardeners arrived at our Lafayette property this week. In an effort to limit exposing our land to carcinogenic pesticides and chemicals we hired the hardest (and hungriest) workers around. Six-hundred goats grazed our 6-acre property for several days, cutting back our overgrown plants, trees, and poison oak, as well as helping to prevent the spread of a wild fire in our region.

Goats Arrive at Lafayette Property

The cutest gardeners just arrived at our Lafayette property! In an effort to limit exposing our land to pesticides and other chemicals we have hired the hardest (and hungriest) workers around. Six hundred goats will be grazing for the next few days to cut back our overgrown plants and trees. We hope you'll wave at our new friends as you drive by this week!
